What began as a backyard conversation between high school friends became an exciting opportunity to reinvent professional peer education using a model that promises incredible outcomes, produces record profits, and proves that kindness is a competitive advantage.

I co-founded Molis Coaching with Dr. Ryan J. Molis to help change the lives and practices of dental professionals motivated to grow with Invisalign treatment. With Ryan’s status as the Michael Jordan of Invisalign (it’s a thing—and it’s true!), we thought we could equip other dentists with the same success path Ryan uses to produce jaw-dropping results in his practice.  

And it worked!

What we built has since become the #1 Invisalign peer education program used by thousands of doctors in more than 20 countries and has produced a new model for professional-level peer education and holds the promise to transform industries and entire professions. 

My expertise in simplifying complex systems helped produce a streamlined approach to implementation and scalable execution that anyone can understand and put into practice with ease. I helped establish the model, systems, and assembled the team upon which Molis Coaching’s programs, products, and success are built. We plugged in Ryan’s extraordinary expertise from a lifetime of unparalleled practice and his skills as a naturally gifted educator, and boom - a business was born! I continue to advise on its strategic vision, business model development, and expansion opportunities, and I also teach leadership, goal setting, and systems design lessons in member webinars and Molis Coaching’s Mastermind Program.

Between our one-of-a-kind framework and our core principles of refined simplicity, continuous engagement, and curated kindness, we’ve produced transformative results and record profits for our members, affiliates, and strategic partners—producing over $100mm throughout our value chain in our first five years.
